“You have no idea how often you do this in a day and all of these involuntary movements cause fine lines and wrinkles that you will have for the rest of your life.
“I was introduced to something called tape training. “
In the clip, she begins by cutting four pieces of duct tape about two inches in length.
On a clean, dry face, she applies the duct tape to the spot just between her eyebrows.
Then she put a piece of duct tape horizontally above each eyebrow.
The last piece should be placed in the middle of your front, again horizontally.
The noise the scotch makes when you frown or involuntarily move your forehead will encourage you not to do these expressions, which over time will help prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
She recommends that people start “tape training” in their early 20s, as it can help reduce wrinkles that become deeper.
