What accomplishments in your past would you cite as proof that you can handle this job?
24 years. Maintain and improve an aging and sometimes neglected communications and electronics infrastructure at MBTA with fiber optic networks, updated radio systems, fare collection and security systems, as well as physical infrastructure and more …. while working in tunnels and underground environments, sometimes with subway train traffic. worked as a team to specify, design, budget, advocate and coordinate work, with a variety of personnel.
The best advice ever shared with me was:
“do the smart thing”
