Karnataka MP’s daughter’s overbearing feud with cops and media in Bengaluru

A video has emerged which shows the daughter of a top Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader getting into a row with police officials in Bengaluru, Karnataka. She also appeared to clash with the cops and the media.
The daughter of former Karnataka minister and BJP MP Aravind Limbavali has railed against cops for arresting her for a street check. In the video captured by News First, Karnataka, the woman is heard saying “Do you know who I am? Do you know MP Arvind Limbavali? I am the daughter of Arvind Limbavali.”
The MP’s daughter was reportedly arrested for reckless driving. Additionally, the woman allegedly abused the media for covering the anarchy.
“Turn off the camera. Turn it off. Where are you from ? she asked in a passionate voice.
“Power has entered the minds of children”: JDS
Calling the act shameful, Janata Dal (secular) said the MP’s daughter should learn the law. JDS spokesman Tanveer Ahmed also criticized the woman for using her father’s identity to evade law and order.
“Firstly, this is not Arvind Limbavali’s issue. This is happening all over India. Power has entered the minds of children. They have not given the right understanding that their father and mother are servants of the people. It’s shameful. Your dad may be an MP, but you’re learning the law. You can’t show your dad’s ID and make a remark like that,” said Ahmad.
“Why should we be surprised? asks Congress
The Congress claimed that this was just the beginning of the BJP’s anarchy. Congressman Nizam Fauzdar also warned of “the worst days ahead”.
“This is just the beginning. This is the reign of BJP anarchy. Fringe elements will take control of the state. You will see the worst days ahead. An MP’s daughter shows that she does not “Isn’t worried and that she is following the law. This action is part of the culture of the BJP. Why should we be surprised?” asked Fauzdar.
