At its regular meeting on Monday, the Muskogee County Council of Commissioners took the following action:

• Approved the monthly purchase orders, monthly reports and minutes of the regular meeting of December 13th.

• Appointed Jeff Smith to the Muskogee City-County Transit Authority Board of Directors for a term beginning January 1.

• Approved buyout of a lease by District 3 in the amount of $ 174,643.60 for a 2016 John Deere 672GP Grader, Lease # 65410, from Yellowhouse Machinery:.

• District 1 Approved Purchase Lease in the amount of $ 273,337.86 for a 2022 John Deere 670G Grader, Stock # 72714, from Yellowhouse Machinery Co.

• Financing agreement approved between District 1 and Armstrong Bank for the lease-to-purchase of a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader, stock # 72714.

• District 1 Approved Purchase Lease in the amount of $ 273,337.86 for a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader with Additions, Stock # 72715, from Yellowhouse Machinery Co.

• Financing agreement approved between District 1 and Armstrong Bank for the lease-to-own of a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader, stock # 72715.

• District 1 approved purchase-lease in the amount of $ 264,224.32 for a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader, Stock # 72719, from Yellowhouse Machinery Co.

• Financing agreement approved between District 1 and Armstrong Bank for the lease-to-purchase of a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader, stock # 72719.

• District 3 Approved Purchase Lease in the amount of $ 264,224.32 for a John Deere 670G 2022 Motor Grader, Stock # 72716 from Yellowhouse Machinery Co.

• Financing agreement approved between District 3 and Armstrong Bank for the lease-to-purchase of a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader, stock # 72716.

• District 3 Approved Purchase Lease in the amount of $ 264,224.32 for a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader, Stock # 72717, from Yellowhouse Machinery Co.

• Financing agreement approved between District 3 and Armstrong Bank for the lease-to-purchase of a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader, stock # 72717.

• District 3 approved lease purchase in the amount of $ 264,224.32 for a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader, Stock # 72718, from Yellowhouse Machinery Co.

• Financing agreement approved between District 3 and Armstrong Bank for the lease-to-purchase of a 2022 John Deere 670G Motor Grader, stock # 72718.

• Application approved by Adam Pettit for a public service permit authorizing the drilling of a road for a water pipe at the following location: South 184th Street West, Boynton, East of Boynton Cemetery.

• Took no action on the proposed Interlocal Agreement between District 1 and the Town of Fort Gibson for emergency repairs to the creek crossing at County Line Road and Pea Ridge.

• Has not taken any action on COVID-19 issues.

• Full payment approved due to VIP technology for software purchased by the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office rather than previously requested monthly payments.

• No action taken at the request of the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office for the approval of Dobson Fiber’s quote for the installation of an additional circuit between the county jail and the courthouse and costs recurring.

• Bid # 31 – Accepted all compliant bids submitted by road material vendors for a six month period and filed post-opening action pending further consideration.
