Former Pinole police officer accused of making a secret sex tape
Former Pinole police officer Anthony Vasquez has been charged with a felony and misdemeanor for secretly recording a woman while having sex with her, officials said Monday.

Anthony Vasquez, 24, of Hercules has been charged with a felony and misdemeanor for taking a video of the woman without her consent. He allegedly hid a camera in his bedroom, according to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office.
Vasquez, who recorded the video while employed by the town of Pinole, has since resigned from the police department, officials said.
Prosecutors believe Vasquez may have recorded other people as well. Anyone with relevant information is urged to call the district attorney’s office at 925-957-8761.
