Ecom Express will board over 50,000 delivery partners across India
Since launching Ecom Sanjeev in 2021, the company has created tremendous opportunities for delivery partners – students, homemakers, freelancers, part-timers and those looking to supplement and maximize their income. By joining the Ecom Express network, delivery partners can choose to work flexible hours, the company said in a press release.
Ecom Express, India’s technology-driven integrated e-commerce logistics provider, will onboard over 50,000 delivery partners by the end of September 2022 under its flagship “Ecom Sanjeev” program. The company will see an increase in e-commerce order deliveries during the festival season and is looking to bolster its last-mile capabilities.
“When it comes to e-commerce order deliveries, customers expect fast service, and at Ecom Express, we keep trying to create better customer experiences. At a time when the number of parcels continues to increase, due to industry growth, we have clearly seen the benefit of having on-demand workers to help bolster our delivery capabilities, especially to meet the expected increase in customer demand during the holiday season. We will continue to expand our network of delivery partners and provide them with benefits and revenue opportunities through our Ecom Sanjeev program,” Ashish Sikka, Chief Strategy Officer, Ecom Expresssaid.
